YOGA – Stretches, poses, and meditation to help the body and mind. This is also offered in the afternoon, should you not be a morning person! Contact Giles at 777-4392.

AEROBICS – Guaranteed to get the heart and blood pumping. Contact Annette for more information at 617-2011. Annette is also involved in Senior Games and Tap Dance.

STRENGTHEN AND CONDITION – Using hand weights to build and maintain muscle. Contact Fran for more information at 262-2687. Fran also teaches a fitness class for men only.

LINE DANCE – A great combo of line dance and aerobic movement. Sharon at 386-7110. Wed. 10am only. Not a beginner class.

BALLET – Jean’s class is wonderful! 452-9401.

BALLROOM DANCE – Wednesday afternoons. 798-6409.

CRAFTS & SEWING. Knit, sew, crochet, bead jewelry, quilting, plarning, we do it all.  798-6409.

CERAMICS – Fire and glaze/paint your pieces. Contact Judy for more information at 515-8511.

OIL PAINTING – Bring your own materials. Learn brand new or finish a project. Contact Pete for more information at 799-8888.

BRIDGE – Monday afternoon Duplicate Bridge, 686-5554 / Intermediate Contract Rubber Party Bridge, 367-6739 / Wednesday afternoon Bridge, 395-5345.

OFF-SITE BRIDGE INFORMATION: 452-3057, 799-4287, 763-4079, 681-3715, or 232-2754. Anyone at these numbers should be able to tell you several different places around Wilmington to play, including the facility at the Government Center. They also should know of any bridge lessons. 

BINGO, CANASTA, SCRABBLE, PINOCHLE, CHECKERS, SPADES, HEARTS, WII GAMES. 798-6409.

BILLIARDS, TABLE TENNIS.  Tables available 8am-5pm Monday through Friday. 798-6409.

COMPUTER CLASSES – 798-6430.

SUPPORT GROUPS: For those with Parkinson’s, and for those who care for the elderly. We also have Wise Women, a support group for the gals! This is led by a certified counselor on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 10:30am. 798-6409.

VETERANS – A program once a month to honor those who served. 798-6409.

DISCUSSION GROUP – Talk about current issues and other topics. They may or may not want to talk politics but you can ask! We would love to have you join us, call  798-6409.

VITA – Free income tax returns for seniors 55 and older. Call Allie at 798-6406.
