Men’s Exercise with Fran is held weekly on M/W/F in the Dance Studio at the Senior Resource Center. A fee of $25.00 per month is to be paid to the instructor.

Geri Fit with Mary
Jul 4 @ 8:30 am – 9:30 am

Geri-Fit is a strength training evidence based program for older adults. This senior fitness program is for all fitness levels. Each class takes about 45 minutes and residents can work their way through this exercise class from the comfort of a chair. This is a free class to participants over the age of 60.

Intermediate Line Dance with Sharon
Jul 4 @ 11:00 am – 12:00 pm

Intermediate Line Dance with Sharon is held weekly on Mondays at the Senior Resource Center. A fee of $3.00 per class is required, and to be paid to the instructor.

Golden Tappers Club

Have you ever wanted to learn how to tap dance? This is the class for you! This beginner tap class is held each Monday at the Senior Resource Center. There is a fee of $3.00 per class, and payment should be given to the instructor.

Geri-Fit is a strength training program for older adults. This senior fitness program is for all fitness levels. It is taught by a certified instructor and is free to participants 60 years of age and older. Due to capacity limits, pre-registration is required.

Gentle Yoga for Bone and Back Health
Jul 5 @ 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm

Yoga stresses balance, strength- building, and alignment which can help people avoid bone injuries. This is a low impact Yoga class offered weekly at the Senior Resource Center. Due to capacity limits, pre-registration is required. A fee of $5.00 is required for this class, and is to be paid to the instructor.
