Your brain is hungry for these newly formed connections.
How do we make these new connections? By performing movements we do not normally do, therefore, releasing valuable organic chemicals that play a vital role in brain and body function. How do we know this? Scientific Research concludes that when our brain is challenged by visual tests, movements not normally done with cognitive questioning, we release dopamine.
Wednesdays, 11:15 – 12:00 in the Physical Fitness Room (PFR) at the Senior Resource Center (SRC) located at 2222 South College Road Wilmington. Each 45 minute session is $4.
NOTE: It is not consecutive. Please call for schedule. There are breaks in between sessions, so there may be a Wed. when class is not held. You must wait for the next session to begin.
