Exercise & Physical Fitness

At the Senior Resource Center, we offer a variety of fitness classes designed to meet the needs of participants of all fitness levels. Almost every class offered can be modified to meet your individual needs and still provide a great workout! The Senior Resource Center also has a fully equipped, newly renovated fitness studio! Our Inspire Fitness Studio is the perfect place to walk on the treadmill, lift free weights or use any of the other state-of-the-art equipment!

If you are unfamiliar with how to use certain equipment in our Inspire Fitness Studio, you can register for personal attention in a small group setting.

Time slots:

  • Wednesday mornings: 
    • 9:30-10a & 10a-10:30a
  • Thursday evenings: 
    • 5-5:30p & 5:30-6p
