Current online exercise programs include the following:
- Strength Training with Gayla - a twice-a-week virtual exercise class that uses light hand weights and exercise bands. This class meets for one hour on Monday and Wednesday mornings at 10 am. - Walk with Ease with Gayla - a 5-week virtual exercise class with a self-paced workbook and weekly exercise instruction. This class meets for one hour Wednesday mornings at 9 am starting January 25th. Participants will receive a FREE workbook, fitness tracker, water bottle, cooling towel, and draw string bag.
