The Collections office is responsible for the collection of all property taxes levied by New Hanover County and the municipalities of Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. In addition to property tax, we provide the issuance of mobile home moving permits.
Taxpayers can now make debit and credit card payments in our office. You can also pay your tax bill online with OSG Billing and Payment Solutions website. To pay by phone, call 1-877-295-3383. There will be a convenience fee for this service that is paid to OSG Billing & Payment Solutions.
