Women, Infant & Children (WIC)
Women, Infant & Children (WIC) is a supplemental nutritional program for women, infants and children up to 5 years of age who meet health and socio-economic eligibility requirements. WIC provides healthy foods including milk, eggs, juice and vegetables, as well as nutritional information and breastfeeding promotion and support.

Ready-Set-Baby
Ready-Set-Baby (RSB) is free virtual prenatal breastfeeding education for pregnancy, birth and postpartum care. Join virtual RSB classes on Zoom at:
Breastfeeding Support
Breastfeeding support is provided through our Pregnancy Care Management, Care Coordination for Children and WIC services. Participants and their partners receiving WIC are welcome to join our breastfeeding class.
Class participants may receive a free DVD on the "how to's" of breastfeeding as well as printed materials to help mom prepare for breastfeeding. Lactation consultants are available to assist breastfeeding women both by phone and in person.
Breastfeeding WIC participants are also eligible for enhanced food packages both for themselves and their infants 6 months of age and older. Manual and electronic breast pumps are available to participants based on need. Please email our breastfeeding coordinator or call 910-798-6542 or via email.
