Let's talk Wii video games and karaoke - 2 programs we want to increase but we need your input. We have Wii Bowling but we also have Wii Golf. Local karaoke companies donate their time to bring us music to sing. I need to know days and times that are best to get you here to play games or sing songs. To act as the focal point for aging services in New Hanover County by providing services which promote wellness, encourage independence, and enhance quality of life for all older persons.
Led by a Certified Counselor, the Wise Women group is open to all ladies 55 and older to share their stories, support one another, and to help with any personal or emotional burdens. The group meets on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 10:30am. For more information please call 798-6409.

Seniors, please do not leave your pets in the car while visiting the Center. Even "just a minute" can be too long. Heat builds up in a vehicle rather quickly, even with shade and/or having the windows down or cracked open. Just a reminder to keep our furry friends safe in the North Carolina heat. Thanks!
