Seniors, please do not leave your dogs in the car while visiting the Center. Even "just a minute" can be too long. Heat builds up in a vehicle rather quickly, even with shade and/or having the windows down or cracked open. Just a reminder to keep our furry friends safe in the North Carolina heat. Thanks!

Geri - Fit is a fitness class that uses hand weights to build and maintain muscle strength. You can take the class on any of the following days/times: Mondays at 8:30am, Wednesdays at 12:15pm, or Thursdays at 5:45pm. Class is free to seniors 60 and older.
